About Our Microblading Services
What is the difference between Microblading and a Tattoo?
While both involve pigment, microblading uses a manual tool to reach only the upper layers of the skin, making it semi-permanent. Tattoos use machines to go deeper, which can lead to pigment "bleeding" over time. Microblading offers much finer, crisper lines that fade naturally over 12 to 18 months.
Does the procedure hurt?
Most patients describe the sensation as a light scratching or pressure. We apply a highly effective topical numbing cream before and during the procedure to ensure you remain comfortable throughout the session.
How long does the appointment take?
Your initial appointment usually takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. A large portion of this time is dedicated to the consultation and precise facial mapping to ensure your brow shape is perfect.
What is the "Touch-Up" phase?
Microblading is a two-step process. We schedule a mandatory touch-up appointment 6 to 8 weeks after your initial session. This allows us to fill in any areas where the pigment may have faded during healing and to perfect the color and shape.
Is there any downtime?
Your brows will appear darker and bolder for the first 5 to 7 days as they heal. You may experience minor flaking, which is completely normal. We provide a detailed aftercare kit and instructions to ensure your skin heals beautifully and retains the pigment.
Is this covered by insurance?
